They came out 3 times (so I had to wait for the hours window 3 times). $700 later, 2 different ice makers and a total new control panel for my fridge - my ice maker still doesn't work the way it did originally. I can only get ice 2 times a week from my ice maker now. They kept trying to explain to me that "this" ice maker is notorious slow at producing ice. Well, it wasn't that way when I got the fridge. I just had a service completed by Appliance Repair By Paul. They were fast, courteous, timely, and all was covered under warranty. This is the fourth time I have used their service for different appliances and I highly recommend them.
My fridge/freezer, Ice maker & water line has a strong chemical smell. I have an extended warranty through RC Willey and they sent an approval to your company to repair. Your time frame was 1:30-4:30 you arrived after 5 without a call. I was not home when your tech got here and my son said your tech open the doors to the unit pulled a compartment off with his drill and said I need to clean my fridge with baking soda and charcoal!! It really might be handy if you were to list the companies that you ARE NOT allowed to service on your website so that previous potential customer don't have their time wasted as well. Also just a note when you are speaking with a customer kindness and courtesy can go quite a long way you might want to remind the folks that answer your phone calls of that.

😀 I called for a dishwasher part. The person who answered checked on the computer and it was available. She told me not to hang up and she checked to make sure the part was in. It was and she kept it for me until I arrived. It was above and beyond what most stores would do. Will do business with them again. Very professional. very disappointing had kitchen aid 14yrs replaced with kitchen aid it had problem straight away the service man for the stove was okay but clueless to what could be wrong two visets problem not fixed the largest burner is going to start my house on fire or at the least burn my face off but they say that is normal. now my refrigerator is making a loud noise i dont know if i should call them or just call Gebhart they would probable tell me it is normal. VERY VERY unhappy customer
I wish I knew the name of the service tech that came to fix my dishwasher. Whoever it is, THANK YOU! I didn't realize how bad my touch screen was until he replaced it. I love my dishwasher more than when it was new! It's working so much better!
