They came out 3 times (so I had to wait for the hours window 3 times). $700 later, 2 different ice makers and a total new control panel for my fridge - my ice maker still doesn't work the way it did originally. I can only get ice 2 times a week from my ice maker now. They kept trying to explain to me that "this" ice maker is notorious slow at producing ice. Well, it wasn't that way when I got the fridge. I just had a service completed by Appliance Repair By Paul. They were fast, courteous, timely, and all was covered under warranty. This is the fourth time I have used their service for different appliances and I highly recommend them.
very disappointing had kitchen aid 14yrs replaced with kitchen aid it had problem straight away the service man for the stove was okay but clueless to what could be wrong two visets problem not fixed the largest burner is going to start my house on fire or at the least burn my face off but they say that is normal. now my refrigerator is making a loud noise i dont know if i should call them or just call Gebhart they would probable tell me it is normal. VERY VERY unhappy customer
