Our first attempt to get our refrigerator fixed, we lucked up and chose Appliance Service Atlanta. Stanley came to the house, immediately diagnosed and repaired the fridge. We inquired about a stovetop issue, and although he didn’t have the part, he quickly placed an order for it. The part took awhile to ship (not Stanley or the company’s fault), but we were not in a rush to get it fixed. Stanley kept us updated on the shipping and even allowed us to cancel if needed. Stanley came out to help us with a fridge that was not cooling. He found a broken heater and a bad thermostat which he replaced in about 1 hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he did (and why), every step of the way. We have relied on Appliance Service Atlanta before and thanks to Stanley, will continue to rely on them when necessary. Thank you for being honest and dependable.
