This was the second company assigned to us, for an in-warranty appliance repair-- after the first repair company said there was nothing they could do for us. ARS came, they listened to the problem, diagnosed it immediately, ordered the necessary part, and had us up and running again just a couple of days later. A much better experience than we had with the first company.
The owner was a complete B**** on the phone....will never do business will these people. Apparently, customer service isn't a big concern for them. If you like to be talked down to with a hateful attitude this would be the place to go.
The tech guy and workmanship was great, I didn't like there scheduling department or there timing. There receptionist I felt was kind of pushy "AM or PM" next week! Then the week of "this day between 12 and 3. Then the day of 30 min he'll be there. So yeah I was out my appliance for 2 1/2 weeks first for him to come out and diagnosis and second to fix. But quality is great!
