Michael did a great job on my dryer. What should have been a relatively easy job turned into a longer event as he couldn't get the motor fan off the driveshaft. He kept at it until we had success. Thanks to his perseverance I didn't have to contemplate the possibility of a new dryer.
They showed up quickly and resolved my ice maker issues ASAP. Wonderful.
Michael was able to diagnose and fix my leaking dishwasher quickly and effectively, will definitely be using ARS again in the future!
GE double convection went out code F97. Billy came out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts. When parts arrived they made a prompt appointment and the problem was fixed. Definitely recommend!
Michael was so very efficient and encouraging. He explained that I was not deficient but that many others had had the same problem, and it was understandable. Phewph! He repaired it in no time and was such a bright spot in our day.
