Was very happy. They took it on themselves to keep an eye out on cancellations in case an earlier appointment opened up. They managed to get me taken care of, the day before thanksgiving!!! I figured id be waiting, but these guys really took care of me. The man that came out, Billy, was friendly, professional, quick and did great work. I WILL use you guys again and recommend you

As usual, after 15+ years in Frisco, it’s still my go-to service for appliance repair. Pricing, punctuality, quality. Fridges, washing machine, dishwasher. Not much to add here. The magic keywords to say is “I need Billy to look into it”
Very prompt service – same day. The technician, Michael courteously called as he was getting close to our place. He was very pleasant, efficient and solved the problem immediately. I have been using Appliance Rescue for years and they have always been excellent.
