Repair man was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. However, he cracked a part on our dishwasher while replacing a control panel, causing the fairly new dishwasher to stop working within a month. We just replaced it at that point, so the repair was a waste of money for a new, expensive control panel on an appliance that was doomed to fail due to technician error.
