I have a double oven where the lower compartment stopped heating up as it should. I made appointment with this company the same day I called. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me a fair price, replaced the faulty part and finished his work within an hour. Fast, efficient, reasonable and friendly service. I would use this company again,
I had them come out and take a look at my GE refrigerator. The technician was at the door at 10.15 am and we had an appointment scheduled 10 am-12pm. It took him about 20 min to determine the problem. His quote was reasonable and I approved the repair. I was very happy that he had brand new required part in his truck and did the repair right away. He was prompt, fairly priced and competent. He was very careful and made sure that everything was in order. Highly recommended!
This is my updated review. I had them come out to repair two different appliances during this month. On both occasions they were able to arrive within 3 hours of my calls. Mike and Alex were quick, efficient and trustworthy. They gave me fair estimates and fixed my washer and the dryer right away. My experience was extremely good.
They fixed my broken dryer super quickly. I called them in the morning and the technician showed up in 3 hours of making the call. Not only was he prompt but he was able to fix the problem right away. Price quoted was price paid and diagnostic fee was waved. The tech was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
They have been doing appliance repairs for us since we moved to Camarillo in 2021. We can't say enough good things about them. They fixed our dryer, dishwasher and range over the years. They arrive on time, have a low base fee for a visit and come prepared with the most of the parts. The technicians are knowledgeable, experienced and provide excellent work. They are very honest and hard working. Highly recommended!
