There was a disturbing noise coming from the refrigerator that we have been using at the office. We couldn’t exactly pinpoint where it was coming from so we relied on the appliance service technician to handle the matter for us. The price was way within our budget and we got a great deal out of it.

They handled my microwave repair wonderfully. Really easy to work with them so I will call them again.

This company does't even deserve a one star rating. Did not show up for appointment even after calling them twice. Poor answering service. They don't seem to know what they are doing. Says it is Stony Point, but they were not local.

Okay, this is a real review from a real person, not a fake one like the others here (A lot of odd names in North Rockland, mostly Korean! You can pay for phony reviews on Google I guess.). Anyway, I'm waiting 3 weeks now for my refrigerator repair to happen. As of today, still no word on when this will happen. Awful. Update: had to cancel service and get a refund after a month with no word from anyone regarding my broken fridge. Go elsewhere for service. There is no office or store in Stony Point, btw. My stovetop kept clicking, and I had no idea why. It kept going on even after the burner was lit. I was checking it out, but I could not arrive at a conclusion. I contacted Appliance Repair Stony Point for their home appliance service and did not have to wait long before the repairman arrived. He was very friendly and saw the problem right away. Something was blocking the burner! He went straight to work and got my stove to work.
