My washing machine was broken when I called, they said they can send someone out and it will be $75 to diagnose the problem. So when the person arrived he told me the washer needs a new motor and a new spring to balance the tub part and labor will be around $700. Lol for $700 it would be best to buy a new washer. Anyways I just went on youtube and fix it myself for $11 in parts. Pic is the broken part
