You can't even trust this company to get out of the fast lane when they aren't passing people. They drive 65-70mph in the left hand lane and back traffic up for 1/4 to 1/2 of a mile just because they either do not care or are ignorant of the traffic laws in the state they work in. If my washing machine or dryer was out and letting this company did it would stop a nuclear war we would all be dead. Sorry guys. Long story short I scheduled the appointment and waited for them to come during the time frame and they never showed up. 2.5 more hours pass and after calling 3 times still no word. The tech could’ve let me know if they were running late. There was no communication. I gave up and booked elsewhere. As I was leaving my house after waiting 5.5 hours for nothing I see the tech sitting in their truck. Honest and reliable
Excellent! They’ve fixed multiple appliances in the condo I rent. Most recently, they were here yesterday replacing the water shutoff valve for my freezer, which had malfunctioned and gushed water all over the floor as well as frozen the contents of the freezer into a solid block of ice. They were here for about 3 hours de-icing the freezer and fixing the problem, and despite it being pretty unpleasant work for them, they remained professional and pleasant the entire time. The scheduler was good at listening to better understand the problem. She provided guidance about what to expect during the service call . The technician was immediately able to identify the problem and provided pros and cons of repair or replacement. I would use them again.
