TERRIBLE NICKLE AND DIMERS. They charge a ridiculous $150 fee to spend 5 minutes evaluating your issue then claim to need to order parts so they can come back and charge the fee again if you dont immediately reschedule them. And they continue to charge the evaluation fee for each individual issue you need so that if you have mor than one issue they charge the fee over and over. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Used this company twice and both times they were professional and cheap. They repaired my refrigerator and dryer and both are working like new. I would use again and definately recommend
Best appliance service out there for subzero and wolf products. Techs are on time and very kind.
