I called Bruce, not really knowing how to explain what was going on with my washer. I just knew it didnt work because the OE sensor was on. I hadnt been able to use it for weeks. Bruce knew exactly what the issue was and came right out within hours. Now I can wash my clothes and save time going to the laundromat. What a time saver that is!
