The repairman was very helpful and very nice. This would be 5 stars but their rates are OUTRAGEOUS. I was charged $179 for labor for 30 minutes of work. When I was asked about the service, and replied with that comment, their response was that they cannot control the manufacturer parts charge or bluebook rate for labor. I will absolutely never call them back. My doctor charges less for a 30 minute visit. I must be in the wrong line if business. Look elsewhere and save yourself some cash. So my washer broke down, called this company because of reviews online they sent out someone next day and waste of call service. Man said it would be $600+ to fix so obviously too high might as well buy new machine. Decided not to give up called someone off Craigslist yes Craigslist! Charged me $140 total wow do your research people. Never trust reviews, I just wanted a legit company and ended up wasting $65 for 5 min service call. Handyman looked rushed and didn't seem to want to even work.
I thank Appliance Repair Service Azusa for taking care of things for me professionally. They were able to get my faulty freezer fixed fast!
Our faulty microwave was just about ready to kick the bucket when I gave these guys a call to see if they could salvage the situation. Fortunately, the repairman they sent was really up to the challenge. He thoroughly fixed the issue, and now the microwave feels like it’s brand new.
