It’s a father son company that takes pride in what they do, Gene fixed my stove after multiple companies couldn’t find the problem.
Wish I would’ve just called this place first! I had a page of notes by the time I got off the phone with Gene. By FAR the most helpful person I’ve talked to about our LG fridge that stopped cooling. He was super patient, went in depth about everything, and said to reach out if I had anymore questions. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called Appliance Repair Service about fixing my mother's stove and washer. Gene troubleshoot the problem, checked to see if the parts were available and priced the service call over the phone. He is very knowledgeable in fixing appliances. Came the same day even though he was preparing for the freeze. Gene is an awesome and caring individual. He went out of his way for his customer. I highly recommend him and his prices are reasonable. Will be calling him for any future repairs.
Gene was very friendly and straight forward. He fixed the problem with our washer quickly and efficiently. He showed respect for his word and my time by arriving when he said he would. Went the extra mile to text and let me know he was almost to the house. Thank you Gene. God bless. ☺️
