GREAT experience!!! I called & got an answering service (which left me a little apprehensive at first), but a gentleman called me back within 5 minutes. My washer was running water through but wasn t filling up. He was SO NICE, and he told me that I didn t need him to come out & pay him anything...that I just needed to pull my drain hose out a bit from the sewer drain. It had a suction lock like when you cypher water or gas from a hose. IT WORKED!!! I was so upset about having to spend the money on a new washer, and he helpe... read more
Very nice man, Does good work, we are very satisfied,
I called him to repair my dishwasher and told him what the problem was over the phone. Rather than come out and waste my money on a service call, he told me over the phone that he wasnt comfortable fixing that particular problem. He then recommended someone else that would be better suited for dishwashers. I am glad he didnt waste my time or money. He was also very polite. I will use him in the future for other appliances.
