I have used this owner operated business 3 times. I have been consistently satisfied every time. Brian is honest and proficient at his craft and because of his experience usually knows what the issue is right away, and whether or not it is worth repairing. I would always feel confident calling him. Highly recommend.

I have been recommending this company to my customers for years and can honestly say they is the best in New York. They are exceptional in their skill and very transparent with pricing and the level of repair that any appliance might need. I highly recommend using them for anyone with a major home appliance that has a service related issue.

Brian has always been timely and able to fix issues we have had with Freezers, Stove Tops and Ovens. He is always willing to give information that helps prevent further calls for broken equipment. His company deserves a 5 star rating.

I love this company! They came on time, wore booties, made the correct diagnosis and fixed a wine fridge that no one else has been able to fix correctly for years. Also, they were very courteous. I highly recommend them.
