RecommendedI have only done business with them 2 times. Once was only to buy agitator dogs for my washer, which I could have gotten cheaper by ordering online, but I didn’t want to have to wait to receive them & fix my machine. The other time, my significant other had purchased a washer/dryer set off of OfferUp, supposedly in good working condition, not the case. stop cheating their customers with crappy service!
Contrary to the other comments, Repair Plus has been nothing short of excellent. The two times I needed them they were on time, and the repairmen were very professional. They both knew their trade and they were confident in the repairs! I'm happy with them!
Terrible service, utter lack of phone skills, not willing to attempt to work with the customer to schedule a service call that would work for a normal persons schedule.
I wish I could rate this place under one star. Ken Oakes runs his business with abject indifference, ineptitude, and unscrupulousness (in case Ken's reading, those words mean you don't care, you suck at your job, and you have no ethical compass). He has attempted to cheat my family out of their money, made verbal threats, and employed crude insults in his attempts to bully. I strongly recommend potential customers seek assistance elsewhere. Shame on you deceitful pieces of crap. Your over billing and inaccurate methodology of billing whatever seems right at the time depending on if you have a good or bad day should and will be reported to the better business bureau.
