I was about to do my laundry when I noticed that my washing machine was not spinning though it was producing a weird sound. I checked for the possible problem, but I can't tell since I am no expert in this. I called them and asked for an appliance repair technician. True to their words, their worker arrived shortly and carefully repaired my broken washing machine.

Should be a zero. Scheduled times come and pass. You have to follow up with them. They are completely unorganized and don’t communicate to one another it seems. Ultimately I was told after calling 3 times I was rescheduled for 2 days later but never told. Save yourselves the aggravation and call another service.

I've called Appliance Repair Paramus when my stove stopped working. It seems as if there was no power but every other appliance in the kitchen worked just fine. I searched online and read great things about this appliance service team. I scheduled an appointment and was pleased to see that the tech kept his promised and was here on time. He fixed the stove that day! He explained the entire stove repair process and what was wrong. I liked that, too! As an overall, great work!
