My mother had to call Appliance Repair Palisades Park for dishwasher repair when the appliance was not draining. The technician immediately came and assessed the problem. He said it was because of the defective drain pump. We agreed to have it replaced to avoid future problems. I was grateful for such reliable service.

The lady from Appliance Repair Palisades Park gave me quotes and reassured me that one of the techs would take care of our refrigerator ASAP. I wasn't sure of whether to believe her or not. We had some problems with our washer/dryer appliance lately but nothing really urgent. I still called to make an appointment at Appliance Repair Palisades Park because I didn't know how fast these guys are. The next day our appliance was fixed. I never thought they would be so quick but as the technician explained they do their best especially when it comes to washer and dryer repair needs. Really grateful for the good work and professionalism! I also loved the tips he gave me!
