Tried to book an appointment with them. After receiving a call and a text message asking if I could reschedule my appointment with less than 24hrs notice I informed them I made the appointment for the time that works best for me. After leaving work early, I was left with a no call no show on the appointment. Called again and told me I was a liar for not picking up my phone. Never will I use this company or recommend it to anyone.
My washing machine wouldn't spin. I called this company to help me with my concern, and they were so accommodating. The technician arrived at my place right away, checked the malfunctioning appliance, and diagnosed the problem. He didn't take a long time fixing it. What a dependable guy!

I needed help replacing the glass cooktop on my stove. This company was awesome. They assisted me right away and sent a technician to my house. His work was exceptional, and he carefully replaced the broken glass, too. I would recommend them because they were professional and friendly.
Our dishwasher wasn’t running correctly, and the plates and glasses got chipped. I contacted the appliance repair company and asked them to send one of their experienced repairmen over immediately. Thankfully, they managed to send one, and he proved to be highly professional. He didn’t need much time to take care of the concern about the unit, and he fixed it pretty quickly.
