I had to call Appliance Repair Newark to get freezer repair during my day off last week. My defroster was broken and needed to be fixed. I’m satisfied with the very quick but thorough appliance service. I even had time for a cancelled commitment that afternoon.
I called Appliance Repair Newark after I discovered that our stove burner wouldn't light. I was surprised and at the same time impressed when their stove repair tech arrived ahead of schedule and immediately introduced him in a pleasant manner. He then checked our stove, did some test and instantly came up with a solution. He replaced the spark module which he said had worn out.
Our dishwasher failed to start just when there were piles after piles of dishes to be cleaned after a birthday party. I was pleased with the quick appliance repair provide by Appliance Repair Newark. The selector switch of our dishwasher had to be fixed and that resolved the issue. I was impressed with their fast, efficient, and low cost service.
They sent a "technician" and charged us $80.25 to tell us that the machine was not worth fixing because it would cost us over $600 to fix. Well the machine was fixable and it has been fixed no thanks to them and it didn't cost us not even a third of what he quoted us. I would never recommend this company to anyone that I know. The guy just didn't want to the job. I had the chance to meet the guy from Appliance Repair Newark when my dryer failed to work. The man was professional and hard working. He did a good job fixing my old appliance. He had to order the part but didn’t fail to come back as scheduled. Two thumbs up for this dryer repair expert.
