Courteous staff, and the individual who came was on time and successful in their repair. However, the dispatch was highly misleading in their initial quote. I was told there was a "flat fee" of $99, and more would be charged if additional parts were needed to execute the repair. What they did not explain was that this fee was in addition to the hourly rate charged by the repair technician that they sub-contracted out the work to. I needed to have my refrigerator fixed....it was leaking. Their technician fixed our problem very quickly, and price was good too. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was pretty impressed! I'll definitely be calling these guys again the next time I need help with an appliance.

Great friendly service!! Do what you say and say what you will do. Now, my washer is as good as new and ready to go another 5 years! Great service at a reasonable price! They will be my go to guy for any appliance repairs in the future because he does it all!

Great service, fast, and trustworthy! The technician was friendly and professional and really knew his stuff. Prices were fair and the service repairs were completed as quick as possible. Thanks guys!
