Only needed information but they were extremely helpful.
The response time and repair time was quick. Unfortunately, you don't know how much anything will cost until they are here and tearing everything apart. The heating element part was $95 and the total job was $295 which took roughly 45 minutes to complete. Service good, price, WAY too high

Took two trips to fix a basic issue correctly. The first time they routed a drain line so it flooded my kitchen floor. Additionally somewhere along the way they knocked the water valve solenoid connection off and the water in my fridge door stopped working. Had to pay another repair company to come out an fix it. They are very expensive for subpar work and damage to my kitchen floor. Go elsewhere...
I’m pretty sure the reviews must come from friends and family. $225 to clear a drain pipe from a dishwasher. No parts. I could’ve just bought a new dishwasher. I called to discuss the fee and they said they’d call me back. Never heard back.
