Not sure what is going on with this appliance repair company. Called on a Sunday night and they told me they would call me in the morning. They didn't call so I called them Monday morning. They said they would fit me in between 10am and 1 pm. Showed up at 1:45 and I didn't receive any calls that they were running late. There is a $75 service fee to access the problem. I called, they answered and the tech (Harold) came to my home the very same day, on time. The part had to be ordered. He called me back when it came in, returned and did the job. I asked for a very early appointment and he very willingly complied. Clean, neat and well done.

We had a small get-together with our closest friends, leaving us with more than usual dishes to wash. Unfortunately, our dishwasher did not cooperate because it decided not to work. It did not want to start, but good thing this appliance service provider was there to the rescue. They got it starting and operating in no time.
