My experience with this company has been a nightmare! At first it was 5 or 6 business days to get the part for my dishwasher. then 2 weeks, then 7 to ten weeks. At no time did customer service give any satisfaction. I paid a 50% deposit for the part and finally received the refund today--two weeks later. In the meantime I called another repair company and he had the part and my dishwasher fixed in 3 days--over the holiday period.
