Horrible company! I have a warranty company that is affilated to this repair shop. My microwave was broken just for a simple repair of a door switch. After the owner named Tariq Howell checked and mentioned of coming back the week after to fix it, he left me hanging and did not show up. My wife spoke ti him and left her to wait. I called them several times and did not call me back. If there are ways I can report this company for being unprofessional I surely will! I am still waiting for them to fix my appliance.
This place is a scam. They charged me $75 for a technician to come to my house and scroll through his phone and not give me a true repair diagnosis. DO NOT CALL THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!!!
