Do NOT recommend. Plenty of better repair people in the area! Shady business practices. Failed to mention there was a 120$ service fee until after he came to my house. If you're going to charge that high of a service fee, please let people know when booking the appointment or even when you called to let me know you were on the way, not after the appointment is done. I called this morning to set up an appointment for an issue with my dryer. I have a home warranty, but for me to reimbursed, they would have to just fill out a diagnostic form through a link to let my home warranty company reimburse me for the costs. The customer service rep gave me the tech's phone number to see if he was willing to do this. His name was John Atkins. He was quite rude. He told me if my home warranty company wanted an accountant to come fix my dryer, then they need to send one. Needless to say, I won't be us... read more
They came to the house, took time to look at my dishwasher, tried a few things, concluded it wasn’t worth fixing, and all without the big service charges I’ve had for other failed appliance service calls! Much appreciated.
