$224 for technician to come and inspect ice maker not dispensing. The cube/crush switch was stuck, set it to proper position and working. Total technical time was about 20 minutes. So much for their statement about "affordability". Would not use again!
I’m going to take back my review. Tech was fantastic… customer service not so much. I’ve been trying to get ahold of this company since beginning of June ( saw the tech on May 22nd ) with no calls back and no responses to my emails to get my washing machine fixed. They gave great service. Took their time and made sure we wouldn't need to get parts replaced.
