We want to thank you for the exceptional service with fixing our fridge in a professional and timely manner. It was nice to find your service that fixes LG fridges. Customer service was great, However, four weeks later, my washer broke again, and it was the same problem that was fixed by this company. Update: I was contacted by Alex ( manager of quality control) the problem was rectified, and I am extremely happy with the customer service that was provided to me. Thank you so much Alex for taking care of the situation. I am more than happy now to recommend this company to consumers.
