At first this company was great. They arrived and fixed the dryer the next day. But the repair was complete or inadequately finished as the dryer stopped working 1 week later. I have now been chasing this company for 2 weeks and they refuse to answer calls or send someone to look into the problem.
FRAUDULENT COMPANY STAY AWAY: B.S. DIAGNOSIS, NO OFFICIAL WRITTEN QUOTE, USURARY MARKUP ON PARTS, HANG UP WHEN YOU CALL TO COMPLAIN. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE -- YOU CAN TELL BY THE WAY THEY ARE ALL WRITTEN IN THE SAME STYLE. Called for service on an electric oven and received a rapid call back. "Technician" came at the appointed time. NO DIAGNOSTIC TEST PERFORMED. Turned the oven on, opened door and placed his hand near the element (which was cold, the reason for the service call).
