Called him in the morning to request service for our failing refrigerator/freeezer. He arrived promptly as promised and diagnosed the problem. He got the part (compressor) and completed the repair that afternoon. He was professional, courteous, informative and charged a fair price. I recommend Ilgar to anyone needing appliance repair. Rating only goes to 5 stars - should be 6.
Horrible customer service, over charging for parts, and 2 wrong diagnostics… don’t trust these guys
Called for a fridge repair. Showed up same day right on time. Diagosed the problem quickly. Ilgar was very friendly!
Ilgar arrived during the time frame he gave me. Told me the price to repair the pump of my washing machine, we agreed and he started to work. Little time later, machine was fixed. He offers warranty for his job, which is a great peace of mind.
