We asked this company to come here because our washing machine wouldn't turn on. Their technician came to our home really quick and did his best to get it working. He finished the washing machine repair efficiently, and the price was competitive. The service was excellent.

I give this company a five-star rating for their exceptional, professional, and dependable service! They were such a tremendous help when I called them because our washing machine wouldn't spin. I asked if I could get a schedule immediately, and they readily agreed to come the next day even though they were busy. The technician effectively fixed it.

The gentleman that came out could only comment. Is a translating app. He pulled the entire front of the dryer apart. Including removing the drum. He appeared to not be familiar with whirlpool unit. First said it was the timer. Never checked the timer. He called someone then changed his mind and that’s when he pulled the front of the dryer apart including removing the drum.
