Worst customer service. I called to make appointment and made appointment. I stayed home all day coz they gave me time frame of 4 hours that a technician will show up. They send me 2 email around same time. The first email said someone will be there today between 1 pm to 5 pm. The second email they send was after 30 mins the appointment was canceled because of tech unavailability. I already called out at my work since the first email said someone is on their way.
