Carlos was fantastic. There was a shipping delay in getting the part we needed for the repair of my washing machine (bad weather) and my follow-up appointment got pushed out to a Friday afternoon as a result. Carlos showed up to complete the repair when he had to have known it would cause him to work late on a Friday.
