DO NOT BUY AN APPLIANCE WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY. I put in a repair for my fridge in the 6th. I have not been scheduled for a repair and called Asurion to follow up. Even though I had a claim open, they could not locate my file because someone had changed my info. I was told it would take up to an additional week to get an assigned repair person and an additional week to have the repair done. 3 weeks to repair a fridge is unacceptable!
