All he did for the diagnostic was measure the oven temperature by taking and average of 3 high points and three low points, and place his hands over the elements and said they were working. He then stated the average temperature is acceptable if it is in range of 10-15 degrees above or below the desired temperature. To me and my family that does not sound right. Absolutely less than zero starts. This is the first time I’m writing online reviews. The pain and suffering this company has put me through is beyond my wildest dreams. GE washer within first year of warranty, unfortunately GE forced me to use this company for warranty repair and it’s been 3 months of pain and they made the problem 1000 times worse. Asurion didn't tell me this repair couldn't be done by their technician, so we now have to contact manufacturer. Absolutely worst experience we have ever had, and will literally pay double for repairs before going with asurion ever again.
