I am absolutely NOT satisfied with the "service" I received from this company. 4 separate visits, 2 different techs and $450 dollars later and my washer is still broken and I have yet to receive a refund. The first tech insisted I needed a new board (the most expensive part not covered under warranty). He replaced the board, told my husband to wait 2 hours before plugging it in and left without making sure it was actually working.
