The unit is old . When the correct part got in. It still wasn’t working. So he suggested not to fix it ….was going to cost more to fix. The only think that i wasn’t happy . It was suppose to be a one man job since the unit didn’t have to be moved. Got charged for a two man job anyway.
Call to schedule a freezer and fridge repair but no answer on phone. Look online says open till 9pm so why is phones and office closed at 745pm
Very quick and to the point… Although is was expensive
The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He answered all my questions and exceeded my expectations.
He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I recommend Nick for any GE appliance repair.
