If I could give zero stars I would. We have had multiple issues with our Samsung refrigerator. A technician has been out at least 4-5 times to replace the same parts in our freezer and ice maker. One time he fried the entire motherboard and we lost all our groceries over the weekend, several hundred dollars worth of food we had just bought.
