If I could give zero stars I would. We have had multiple issues with our Samsung refrigerator. A technician has been out at least 4-5 times to replace the same parts in our freezer and ice maker. One time he fried the entire motherboard and we lost all our groceries over the weekend, several hundred dollars worth of food we had just bought. Refused to make a repair which was clearly in my policy
Carlos came over to fix our Samsung dryer and did an excellent job! Ordered the product and cleaned the dryer as well!
I canceled the appointment because I could not get a clear response from the rep regarding pricing.
