DON'T DO IT. Brought in Microsoft surface pro for potential battery issue. Was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to check and repair. It took 3 weeks. Was told to bring it with the stylus so they could check that for battery drain. Stylus was not returned. Communication through the entire process was painful. I had to call multiple times and even get an advocate involved. Didn't help much. Replaced battery with generic so I get error messages from the laptop.
