Piece of junk Samsung fridge ice machine was leaking. Asurion had to come several times since it was such a pain but they were diligent about getting the job done. Fred was great, after the 2nd attempt they fixed any possible issues without charge after the first two repairs. Highly recommend since they did not give up and finally got it fixed.
All he did for the diagnostic was measure the oven temperature by taking and average of 3 high points and three low points, and place his hands over the elements and said they were working. He then stated the average temperature is acceptable if it is in range of 10-15 degrees above or below the desired temperature. To me and my family that does not sound right. Asurian is professional but unfortunately the service company they use to repair is unprofessional slow and cannot answer timeframe of repair.
