I went into the Ubreakit location in Southlake, Texas. I felt the negative, racist behavior when I opened the door into the store. I didn't get the guy's name that helped me, but he was totally dismissal of the service I needed. He took his time waiting on me and then when I called Asurion to clarify what I needed. He walked away again and never came back. Well, Thank GOD, I didn't need them to repair my phone. I'm blessed with a whole new replacement. DON'T DO IT. Brought in Microsoft surface pro for potential battery issue. Was told it would take 1 to 2 weeks to check and repair. It took 3 weeks. Was told to bring it with the stylus so they could check that for battery drain. Stylus was not returned. Communication through the entire process was painful. I had to call multiple times and even get an advocate involved. Didn't help much. Replaced battery with generic so I get error messages from the laptop.
