July 2nd (4th of July Weekend) washer pump motor started gasping. Called this company Sunday evening at 8 PM, and someone picked up! By Monday, my machine motor was replaced. The gentleman took the time to make sure it was working twice, and if it wasn't, he still fixed it. Price, for NYC, was reasonable. Certainly beats buying a new washer.
Great company! I called Appliance Repair Brooklyn and got a professional receptionist who took my info and got a repairman over the same day to fix my fridge. The repairman showed up last Tuesday on time and ready to work. He was really knowledgeable and had a good demeanor. My fridge was fixed the same day! Overall I'm very happy with this Brooklyn appliance repair company; they were quick, professional and got the job done.
Excellent service, needed him to go my dads in Brooklyn as I had to arrange to meet him because I came from Jersey. Very accommodating with scheduling. Also extremely considerate with moving the refrigerator, carefully as to not scratch the floor. Very through and honest as to the problem with the freezer and gave me options before he continued the work. Bottom line freezer was fixed all at a reasonable price! Would highly recommend this company!
Called yesterday about our washing machine that had stopped draining and remained in door-locked position. Appliance Repair Brooklyn sent someone out within 24 hours! The repair guy was great: he came on time, was efficient, very nice, and explained exactly what he thought the problem was, how he wanted to go about fixing it, and how much it would cost.
