A few weeks ago, I called this company for appliance service when I noticed that our freezer was having trouble staying cool. It was unusual, and the ice inside melted, so I had to get it checked by a professional. The technician who came over was skilled and prepared for the repair with different tools. I was more than pleased with the service I got from this company. Our washing machine was faulty. Sometimes, it would just stop spinning, and there were even instances that it didn't work at all. The technician they sent was brilliant. He was able to figure out the problem and fixed it fast. He was friendly, too.
