This is integrity and pride! Andy came out and diagnosed the problem with my dryer. He thought it was too expensive to repair and recommended we not do it. I paid him a diagnostic fee and he left. The dryer was out of warranty, but my wife got GE to provide all parts at no charge. I called Andy and he agreed to come out and install them. I called because his sight said 24 hrs. My Fridge was driving me nuts. While talking on phone he seemed very knowledgeable about Samsung Refrigerators. We made a appointment for next day, he was here on time, ran diagnostics , explained everything to me and fixed my Samsung Nightmare very quickly and efficiently .Very good repair cost . This company is wonderful! The first company I called couldn't send a repairman out for a week. My washing machine was leaking water, so waiting a week wasn't an option. My technician was Asif, and he was considerate, beyond polite and his pricing was good. I called in the morning, and he was at my home at 3:00. The repair was made quickly, and Asif gave me some tips on what to look for in the future, as my machine is on the older side. Would recommend this company wholeheartedly!
