Lousy customer service!! ZERO response after multiple attempts to contact both by phone and through requested text messages from both my husband and myself; over a two month period!! The unfortunate thing is this individual was recommended by an appliance store that covers our area and uses him for their warranty/service work in OUR AREA!! Said appliance store even noted they had an open repair order for him that would have him passing through our area. Still NOTHING! Jeff responded quickly to come look at refrigerator in garage. Ordered part and was fixed within a couple days. Would definitely recommend!
Jeff has great working relationships with dealers and manufacturers in Dodge. He came highly recommended, and didn't disappoint! He was quick to respond and fit us into his schedule the same day. He tried to find the parts we needed for our Midea fridge/freezer. When the parts couldn't be located, he advocated for us to get a replacement from DC Appliance despite the warranty expiring. He worked hard to help us even though we were never charged for his time. I will definitely call him again in the future!!!
Would recommend! Fixed my washer fast!
