Shockingly TERRIBLE service. Our microwave broke Oct. 30th 2024. It’s Feb. 28 2025 and we still don’t have an update on our microwave. They’ve come out 6 (or 7? i’ve lost track) times to look at it or attempt to fix it - usually with the wrong parts…. and every time they screw up they blame various people and reasons that it’s still not working. Not very professional 😳 Nobody will return our calls. I’m guessing they’ll be closing their doors. Until then do not use this company. You’ll waste 4 months doing so. Thank goodness... read more

I worked with this company a couple of times through my warranty company, both times they were not able to diagnose the problem currently, they take multiple trips to resolve the issue, I will stay away form this company

All Star diagnosed my built-in Whirlpool oven as needing a fuse and a door lock when they came to do the repair they brought a fuse and a door lock When they was done I asked for the old parts. They gave me the fuse but said they must have put the door lock in the box. The box with the door lock was sitting on the counter never opened. When they finished claiming my oven had been repaired They proceeded to bill me for replacing a lock and a fuse I correct them telling them the lock is sitting on the counter never opened. I had a scheduled appointment with this company, time frame 9-1pm. Called at 10:05 am to let them know i was home and waiting. Got on a work phone call. They call me 5 min later and since I did not pick up as i was on a work phone call. I called them back at 10:20. Tech did not pick up. When i called the office min later, she stated because I did not pick up , they had to reschedule. It didnt matter that i had called them 5 min sooner telling them i was home waiting.

Will with All Star was great! Our oven went out and they came to evaluate the issue, ordered the parts l, and fixed it all within 5 days. Very professional and on time, I would recommend to anyone that needs appliance repair services to utilize them..best I've dealt with!
