Called to ask if they sell part, and no they don't - I found out from the rude man on the phone Zero stars is more appropriate.
Well, go figure, it broke after 6 months and it's gonna be $50 to come out and look at it. Probably should have just saved up for a new one at this rate. We'll see how much it ends up being... I bought a washer off of Facebook, the communication there was pretty good and the price and warranty is a good value. They offer delivery, installation and could take away my old unit, which I wanted. I bought a washer off of Facebook, the communication there was pretty good and the price and warranty is a good value. They offer delivery, installation and could take away my old unit, which I wanted. It's a couple, small owned and that showed in them being late to meet up to check out the unit and showing up for installation and it was kind of tough getting as good communication in getting the unit installed via phone as it was on Facebook. Really bad service, never answers on time... All business information is fake. Business location is a body shop that belongs to Guapos auto body. Not trust worthy.
