I bought a washer and dryer this past week. 2-16-17 they sales girl was great. Very helpful and friendly. The prices was awesome. I shop around an couldn't find anyone cheaper. I love my new appliances. I will be returning to by more. I highly recommend them to everyone.
I brought a stove from them on a Saturday and paid for it then and the deliver fee. I told them it was fine to deliver it on Monday. I asked them what time would they be delivering it. The lady responded oh we can't give you a time they may get here Saturday morning and be told to do something else, but as of right now they have no deliveries Monday monring so probably the morning or around lunch. I DON'T SEE WHY ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. I BOUGHT A SIDE BY SIDE FRIDGE AND THEY WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP OUT WITH MY ICE MAKER. MY GRANDSON ALSO BOUGHT ONE WITH NO PROBLEMS. LOUISE
Sorry to hear Mary W had a problem, we bought used washer & dryer and had a problem with the dryer a week later, they came and fixed it tho. Heat element burned out, which happens I hear. They have a new sales manager, Wayne that has national experience and is committed to happy clients. We will be back..
Horrible! they sell rigged appliances, do not stand behind warranty! Do not answer complaints made by BBB! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a stove and fridge Feb 2014 it is 8/14 and have to replace both! They do not answer the phone, respond to emails!
