The quality of the job depends on the tech you get. My husband and I have had them come to our house 3 times 2 for a dishwasher and once for a washer machine. First time with the dishwasher was great the tech fixed the clog and also shared some useful knowledge with us. He was also polite and friendly. The tech for the washer machine was able to diagnose it as much as I was but he was able to take it apart and remove the piece of clothing. I can say I’m really happy, I had another company come look at my fridge and after 400$ and 3 weeks later they could not fix it. So then I called appliance hospital and they sent Matt out and within a few days (waiting on a part to arrive) he had it up and running and today I woke up to a full container of ice made. I have always had great customer service and I’m happy I know who to call, so thanks again for the great service!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever come in contact with in my life. After we had them out for a repair, we ended up with a water leak. A “supervisor”, came out, blamed our newer equipment and of course said it wasn’t their fault. Big surprise. For a month I have been calling and trying to get a hold of someone at their office. I have been hung up on, put on hold forever, and told a manager would call me back.
