I have to say that I have been doing business with them for over 15 years. I am a landlord and make a fair amount of purchases from them and I have been more than satisfied I still have appliances from them that go way back. I would say they have been good to me and I will keep going back.
I have been buying all my appliances here for over 20 years and they are a GREAT company. They have great customer service and great appliances and that's just the facts! So please don't let 2 bad feed back change your mind about shopping here. Think about it, they've sold thousands of items and that's a lot of HAPPY PEOPLE!

This place is great wonderful service and knowledgeable workers. It's a great environment with excellent prices and appliances. Will be referring to all my friends and family.
I think this establishment does a great job and went above and beyond for me to ensure that I was satisfied with my used Dishwasher purchase. As state, I purchased a used Dishwasher and due to my own installation errors, I couldn't get it to work once installed. The gentleman that helped me with the purchase did state to me that the machine was checked thoroughly before placing it on the sales floor. These guys were a extremely big help. They were honest and polite about any appliance I asked about. I got a dryer that was in good condition and has run smooth ever since. It was for a fair price and they delivered it on time. I'm glad I got to do business with them and I would recommend it for anyone. They are the best deal in town. I'll shop there anytime for my appliances.
I came in to get a frig because mine died a week earlier and the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got a better one than I was expecting for the money and he cut the price for me that is very cool thanks again!
Our washer stopped draining Saturday afternoon. we called around several places to buy one, and were considering buying one from Sears, but it's expensive and Sears doesn't have a good return policy. My neighbor suggested this company, so I called just to see how much it would be to repair it. Rob answered the phone and when I told him it wouldn't drain, but it still spun, he immediately said "you have a baby sock stuck in the pump". great service the employee that helped me was very kind and patient he really listened to my concerns about my refrigerator and he didn't just try to sell me he asked me what i was looking for and he showed me the refrigerators that seemed to fit the bill i really liked that he didn't try to show me stuff that i did not need and so i bought one and had it delivered and it works great.
